摘要
目的探讨减少化疗性静脉炎的更佳护理方法。方法将120例化疗患者随机分为两组,试验组采用循证护理方法,对照组采用常规护理方法,比较两组患者静脉炎发生情况。结果试验组患者静脉炎发生情况明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理可减少化疗患者静脉炎的发生,循证护理是一种理想的护理工作模式。
Objective To explore a better nursing method to reduce the occurrence of chemotherapy phlebitis.Methods 120 patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group were gived evidence-based nursing,the control group were gived routine care.The phlebitis occurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of phlebitis of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing could reduce the incidence of phlebitis.It is an ideal nursing work mode.
