基础胰岛素治疗新诊断2型糖尿病的随机临床试验 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察对于新诊断的2型糖尿病患者采取基础胰岛素治疗的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月~2012年6月我院新诊断的2型糖尿病患者110例,对其中60例患者(观察组)采用地特胰岛素治疗,对其余50例患者(对照组)采用口服降糖药治疗。对比观察两组患者在治疗前后各项血糖控制指标的差异。结果两组患者治疗前后FBG、2hPBG、HbAlC、HOMA-β、HOMA-IR等指标均获得明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);同时观察组患者治疗后上述指标改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新诊断的2型糖尿病患者采取基础胰岛素治疗,其各时段血糖控制情况均优于口服降糖药组,且患者胰岛素抵抗改善情况和胰岛β细胞功能改善情况亦明显优于口服降糖药治疗组,值得临床推广。
