摘要
国家农机购置补贴政策从2004年开始全面实施,近年来随着国家农机购置补贴政策实施力度的不断加大,从2004年的7 000万元加大到2012年的200亿元,带动了农业大省新疆农机产业的长足发展。新疆农机工业总产值也由2004年的17 481万元提高到2012年的110 047万元,农机企业劳动生产力也在逐年提高,但仍然存在着产业组织不合理、科技创新能力差、竞争力薄弱等问题。运用SCP范式分析对新疆农机产业的市场结构、企业行为、产业绩效进行分析,进而提出适合新疆农机产业发展的相关建议。
The national farm machinery purchase subsidy policy was fully implemented beginning in 2004.In recent years,with the national farm machinery purchase subsidy policy implementation,efforts have continued to increase it.This has led to an increase from 70 million yuan in 2004 to 20 billion yuan in 2012,driven by the rapid development of the agricultural machinery industry in Xinjiang.Agricultural industrial output in Xinjiang increased in value from 174.81 million yuan in 2004 to 1100,47 million yuan in 2012.Labor productivity in agricultural enterprises also increased year by year,but there are still issues;industry organization is unreasonable,technological innovation capability is poor,competitiveness is weak,and other issues.By the SCP analysis method,machinery industry market structure,enterprise behavior and industry performance of Xinjiang were analyzed and we put forward relevant suggestions on the development of agricultural machinery industry of Xinjiang.
