摘要
针对某型飞机主起落架装置,在使用和维护过程中存在的主起落架作动筒内活塞被剪切、关节轴承松动、缓冲支柱产生微裂纹、飞机机轮轮毂活动缘内侧产生裂纹等常见故障,进行了分析和讨论,并根据外场维护的实际情况,提出了相应的维护修理策略,以期对该型飞机起落架的使用和维护提供借鉴。
In this paper,some faults such as shearing of inner piston,the loosing of joint bearing,minor crack of main actuator tube,the inner edge crack of movable component of wheel hub were discussed during application and maintenance of aircraft landing gears of a kind of aircraft.The maintenance strategy was put forward according to the actual conditions of troops,which can provide references for the application and maintenance of gears.
