摘要
分析了西安市现有体育馆的现状。结果表明 :经过多年建设 ,体育场馆在数量上已具备了一定优势 ,并形成了以学校场馆为骨干 ,各类场馆齐全的格局 ,在开发利用上也积累了一定的经验。但也还存在着利用效率不高 ,重复建设严重 ,利用无序化 ,维持困难 ,发展受限制等问题。因此 ,笔者提出了理顺管理体制 ,提高利用率 ,制止重复建设 ,为体育服务 ,多方筹资维持与发展的建议 ,为进一步提高场馆质量和利用率提供理论依据。
WeanalyzesthepresentconditionsofthestadiumsandgymnasiumsofXi’an,andfindoutthatthestadiums/gymnasiums haveshowntheiradvantagesintermsofnumber,andhaveformedthelayoutofadiversityofstadiumsandgymswiththeschools’ gymsasthebackbone,Andatthesametime ,someexperienceisobtainedfromthem ,However,therestillexistsuchproblensaslow efficiencyinuse ,repeatedconstruction ,difficultyinmaintainance ,etc,Therefore ,weputforwardthesuggestionofstandardizingthe management,increasingtheefficiency ,stoppingrepeatedconstruction ,risingmoneytomaintainthem ,soastoprovidetheoreticalevi denceforraisingthequalityandefficiency .
