摘要
分析了房建过程中地下室、承台、住宅现浇板混凝土裂缝产生的原因,提出了针对性的改善措施,指出在混凝土施工过程中,必须从混凝土施工制作的每一道工序入手,对其进行严格的控制、监督,才能确保工程质量。
The paper analyzes the reasons for the cracks in basements, cushion caps, and cast-in-place concrete of buildings in the process of housing construction, points out improvement measures accordingly, and points out every procedure of the concrete construction and manufactur- ing should be controlled and inspected closely in the concrete construction process, so as to ensure the project quality.
