摘要
目的评价超声对乳腺癌恶性病变的临床诊断价值。方法对本院收治的76例乳腺疾病患者行彩色多普勒超声检查,并与手术病理确诊结果进行比较。结果超声诊断结果与手术病理确诊结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声检查乳腺恶性病变易于操作,重复性好,尤其适用于乳腺恶性病变的筛查诊断,对于乳腺恶性病变的诊断具有重要的参考价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinically diagnostic value of ultrasound in malignant breast lesions. Methods 76 cases of patients with breast disease admitted to and treated in our hospital were detected by color doppler ultra- sound.The diagnostic results of ultrasound was compared with confirmed results of surgical pathology. Results There was no significant differences between diagnostic results of ultrasound and confirmed results（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Ul- trasound detection of malignant breast lesions is easy to operate,has good repeatability,is especially suitable for screening diagnosis of malignant breast lesions,and has important reference value for diagnosing malignant breast lesions.
