摘要
目的观察康复新液治疗成人急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效,为化脓性扁桃体炎的治疗方法提供参考依据。方法选取2009年1月至2013年1月门诊及住院治疗化脓性扁桃体炎患者96例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各48例,对所有入选病例均认真详细询问病史、全面体格检查,认真查找病灶,两组均给予抗生素抗感染治疗,治疗组同时予康复新液,每次10ml,3次/d,含5min后吞服,两组均以治疗3d为1个疗程.治疗1个疗程后观察临床疗效及退热时间、咽痛消失时间、治疗时间。结果治愈率治疗组为83.33%,对照组为56.25%,两组相差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组为93.75%,对照组为72.91%,两组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。退热时间、咽痛消失时间、治疗时间治疗组小于对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液治疗急性扁桃体炎有较好的临床疗效,可缩短退热时间、咽痛消失时间、治疗时间,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of adult acute suppurative tonsillitis,provides the reference for the treatment of suppurative tonsillitis. Methods From 2009 January to 2013 January outpatient and inpatient treatment of suppurative tonsillitis patients 96 cases,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,48 cases in each group. All the selected cases are carefully detailed history,complete physical examination,seriously find lesions. Two groups were given antibiotic anti-infection treatment. The treatment group at the same time. Kangfuxin Liquid,10 ml each time,3 times a day, with 5 minutes to swallow,two groups were treated for 3 days are 1 treatment course. After 1 courses of treatment to observe the clinical effect and the cooling time,sore throat disappear time,treatment time. Results The cure rate was 83. 33% in the treatment group,56. 25% in control group,two groups of phase difference was statistically significant （ P ’0. 05） . The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93. 75% ,72. 91% in the control group,the two groups had statistical significance compared （ P ’0. 05） . Fever,sore throat,time the disappearance time of treatment time in treatment group was less than that of the control group,there was significant difference between two groups （ P ’0. 05） . Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid has a good clinical curative effect of the treatment of acute tonsillitis,sore throat,can shorten the cooling time,the disappearance time, duration of treatment,worthy of clinical application.
