摘要
以三元杂种〔(亚洲棉×比克氏棉 )×陆地棉〕和〔陆地棉× (亚洲棉×比克氏棉 )〕为母本 ,以陆地棉为轮回亲本进行回交 ,陆地棉花粉在三元杂种柱头上能顺利萌发 ,花粉管在花柱组织中生长并进入了胚珠到达胚囊 ,只是比陆地棉自交生长缓慢 ,受精百分率低 ,精核能进入卵核 ,但胚乳游离核分裂不正常 ,导致胚及胚乳解体 。
This paper studied sexual process of the trispecific hybrid \*(Garboreum×G. bickii)×G. hirsutum\# and reciprocal cross. Self-pollinated G. hirsutum served ascontrol. The main results were as follows: Germination of pollen grains from G.hirsutum on stigma of the trispecific hybrid and growth of pollen tubes in stylewere basically normal as compared with control, but growth speed of pollen tubes were slower than control, sperm could enter egg, however, free nuclei of endosperm could not continue to seperate, in order that zygote and endosperm cells maybe abort.
