摘要
为了减少城市基础设施建设对环境的负面影响,促进轨道交通环境管理的规范性和有效性,通过分析轨道交通项目全程的环境影响因素,提出轨道交通项目全程环境管理的概念,在此基础上研究轨道交通全程环境管理的内容,并建立与之相应的管理保障体系。
In order to reduce the negative influence of environment in overall process and promote the normalization and validity of the railway transportation environmental management, the concept of overall process environmental manage,nent of railway transportation project is proposed,based on the analysis of the railway transportation overall process environmental impact, the content of the railway transportation environmental management is studied and the security system of the railway transportation environmental management is proposed.
