摘要 针对目视检测技术在我国特种设备检验中缺乏技术标准和专业培训,以至于造成检测时随意性和盲目性很大的问题,介绍了目视检测的优越性和影响目视检测效果的因素,编制了一台压力容器目视检测工艺,经目视检测发现了该台压力容器存在的重大缺陷,证明了目视检测的良好应用效果,最后提出了一些建议,倡议相关部门和行业加快推进目视检测技术理论研究、健全标准体系、开展培训考核和发证,以促进目视检测技术在特种设备检验中的应用和快速发展。 Aiming at the problems that there is a lack of technical standards and professional training in visual testing of special equipment in China, which causes the randomness and blindness to the test, this paper introduces the visual testing superiority and influence factors on visual testing, and prepares a pressure vessel testing process. The test found serious defects in the pressure vessel, thus proving the good application effect. Finally the paper put forward some suggestions and initiatives, urging related sectors and industries to accelerate the visual testing, to promote the visual testing technology in special equipment inspection, to carry on theoretical research, to perfect standard system and to carry out training and certification, so as to promote its good application and rapid development.
