摘要
目的：探讨橘皮竹茹汤治疗反流性胃炎的临床经验。方法：选取我院60例反流性胃炎的患者为观察组，采用用橘皮竹茹汤治疗；48例为对照组，采取常规药物治疗；对比两组患者的疗效。结果：观察组无效4例，有效12例，显效16例，治愈28例，总有效率93．3％；对照组无效10例，有效15例，显效8例，治愈7例，总有效率79．2％。观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论：橘皮竹茹汤治疗反流性胃炎具有较好的临床疗效，而且没有明显的不良反应，具有服药安全、价格便宜的优点。
Objective： To explore the clinical experience in jupi zhuru decoction treating reflux gastritis. Methods： As the observation group, 60 pa tients with reflux gastritis received the treatment ofjupi zhuru decoction; the control group of 48 cases adopted the routine medical therapy; efficacy of two groups was compared. Results： There were 4 cases invalid, 12 cases valid, 16 cases effective, 28 cases cured and total efficiency of 93.3% in the observation group; there were 10 cases invalid, 15 cases valid, 8 cases effective, 7 cases cured and total efficiency of 79.2% in the control group. The clinical efficiency of observation group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical efficacy ofjupi zhuru decoction treating refltlx gastritis is good without obvious adverse reactions, which has the advantages of safe medication and low price.
