摘要
目的：探讨灯盏细辛注射液静滴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：将360例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用穴位注射、推拿、牵引、理疗及中药熏蒸等治疗，观察组在此基础上加用灯盏细辛注射液静滴，治疗15天后比较两组临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率98．89％，高于对照组的87．78％（P〈0．05）。结论：灯盏细辛注射液静滴配合穴位注射、推拿、牵引、中频理疗及中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有明显优势，值得借鉴和推广。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of erigeron breviscapus injection treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 360 cases of pa tients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group was treated with acupoint injec tion, massage, traction, physical therapy and herbal fumigation, the observation group adopted intravenous drip of erigeron breviscapus injection based on the treatment of control group, to compare the clinical curative effects of two groups after the treatment of 15 days. Results： The total effec tive rate of observation group was 98.89%, higher than that of control group by 87.78%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There are obvious advantages in eriger on intravenous drip of breviscapus injection combined with aeupoint injection, massage, traction, physical therapy and herbal fumigation treating lumbar disc herniation, being worth of reference and promotion.
