摘要
目的：探讨护理干预在89SrCl2联合云克治疗骨转移癌的重要作用。方法：运用心理干预、放射性防护指导、患者用药前后指导、合理处理患者分泌物等手段对50例89SrCl2联合云克治疗骨转移癌患者进行综合护理干预。结果：实施综合有效护理干预手段后，提高了患者综合疗效，降低了综合不良事件的发生。结论：综合护理干预措施在89SrCl2联合云克治疗骨转移癌中的作用非常重要，减轻了患者的心理负担，提高了临床疗效，有效避免了患者及操作者不必要的射线辐射，大大减少了放射物对环境及社会污染事件的发生。
Objective： To explore the important role of nursing intervention in S9SrC12 combined with Technetium-99m methylene diphosphonate injection （Tc-MDP） in treatment of metastatic car- cinoma of bone. Methods： 50 patients who were treated by 89SRC12 combined with Tc-MDP were ad- opted nursing interventions about mental intervention, guidance of radioactive protection, guidance of medicine using, processing patients＇ secretion reasonable, etc. Results： After carrying out the comprehensive and effective nursing interventions, the comprehensive efficacy of patients was im- proved, and the occurrence of adverse events was reduced. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing in- terventions play an important role in treating metastatic carcinoma of bone by 89SrC12 combined with Tc-MDP, it can relieve the psychological burden of patient, improve the efficacy, effective avoid the radiation to patient and operator, and reduce occurrence of contamination to environment and society.
