摘要
热锻模在连续锻压生产过程中承受热负荷及机械负荷,在它们共同作用下热锻模可能失效。运用有限元软件对汽车前轮毂终锻成型时模具所受热负荷进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明,热负荷是引起锻模失效的主要原因之一,减少热锻过程中模具热负荷可以有效提高锻模使用寿命。
The hot forging die withstands thermal load and mechanical load in a continuous forging production process. Under their combined actions, the forging die maybe become invalid. The thermal load of die for the car front wheel hub in finally forging forming was numerically simulated by finite element software. The results show that, the thermal load is one of the main causes of forging die failure. Reducing the thermal load of the die in hot forging process can effectively increase the service life of forging die.
