摘要
针对农用地分等中因素法计算农用地自然质量分时各因素权重确定的问题,传统方法只引入正权重,导致对自然质量分起到负向影响的因素实质上也起到"加分"的作用。为解决该问题,通过分析参与计算的各因素特点与重要程度,将对自然质量分起"减分"作用的因素引入负权重计算,并详细分析正负权重的比重分配问题,设定正负权重的比重区间,为农用地自然质量分的计算提供理论依据。以北京市大兴区为例,分别在未应用负权重与应用负权重两种情况下结合层次分析法计算分值并对结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:加入负权重使计算的分值区间增大,增加了评价或决策结果的内容,增强了对于结果的可描述性。
According to the problem that how to ensure each factor's weight in calculating farmland natural quality score using factor method in farmland gradation, only positive weight is introduced in traditional method, which make the impact of all factors including negative factors for natural quality is positive. In order to solve the problem, this paper introduced negative weight through analyzing the importance of each factor for natural quality. The article introduced in detail how to distribute the proportion between the positive and negative weights and set the weighting interval of positive and negative weight, which provide theoretical basis for the calculation of farmland natural quality score. This paper made Daxing district, Beijing as study area and combined with AHP to calculate indicators weight in both cases without negative weights and negative weights, using the two case results calculated agricultural land natural quality points and made comparison analysis, this experiment showed it was feasible to apply negative weights. The result also illustrated adding negative weights could pull the score space for evaluation or decision-making objects and increased the contents of the resuhs for these objects. Through this method, not only made assessment tend to be more accurate, but also could describe better than without negative weight for results.
