摘要
针对集装箱建筑中出现的叠层钢梁,设计了一种新型连接件。为考察这种新型叠层钢梁的受力性能,设计了一根3 m跨度的叠层钢梁,通过受弯试验,得到极限荷载、挠度、应变分布、滑移和破坏模式。试验结果表明,采用这种新型连接件的叠层钢梁具有很好的整体受力性能,整截面的受力趋近于平截面假定;连接件在整个加载过程中未发生明显变形;叠层钢梁试件的破坏形态为平面外失稳破坏;采用这种新型连接件的叠层钢梁能够满足集装箱建筑的设计需要。
A new type of connectors is used for the laminated steel beam in the container buildings. In order to examine the mechanical properties of the beam, a 3 m laminated beam was designed. The deflections, slip- pages, strain distribution, ultimate loads and failure characteristics were obtained in the bending tests. The experiment results show that: 1 ) the strain distribution is close to the plane section assumption; 2) the con- nector did not failed in the loading process ; 3 ) the failure mode of the laminated steel beam is out-plane buck- ling due to flexure-torsion; 4) the laminated steel beam using the new connectors is able to meet the demands of the container buildings.
