摘要
班导师是高等学校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是加强学生学风建设的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。加强班导师队伍建设对优化育人环境、提高教育质量、培养和造就合格大学生具有重要的作用。随着近年来高校分校区教学管理模式的发展,班导师制度也越来越受到各高校教学管理的重视。本文将华东理工大学徐汇、奉贤两个校区作为试点,展开实证研究,总结经验,并针对现行班导师制度存在的问题,提出了相应的对策建议,以期完善与丰富班导师制度。
Class mentors are important component of higher education faculty team.They are the backbones and also the supervisors and guide in the activities of strengthening the academic atmosphere.The construction of mentors' team plays an important role in improving the education atmosphere and guaranteeing the quality of education for qualified talents.With the increase of multi-campus universities and development of teaching and administration methods in multi-campus university,class mentorship system has become more and more valued by the administrations of higher education institutions.The paper reviews what we have done by taking two campuses of ECUST as an example.Experience is summarized and problems discovered.In the end,suggestions are put forward for improvement.
