摘要
参与和观摩教学基本功竞赛是提升青年教师教学能力的重要途径。笔者对参与和观摩的高校青年教师教学基本功竞赛进行了总结,指出了青年教师课堂教学中存在的一些问题,并对如何进一步发挥教学基本功竞赛对青年教师教学能力培养的促进作用提出了两点意见。
It is an important way to improve the teaching ability of young teachers by participating in and observing the contest activities of the basic teaching skills.The author summarizesthe contest activities and points out the problems existed now in the classroom teaching.Two suggestions are put forward to develop the young teachers＇ teaching ability.
