蒸汽裂解试验装置的过程控制开发

摘要 蒸汽裂解试验装置是1套自动化程度较高的模拟裂解评价试验装置,其过程控制开发以计算机作为上位机,采用面向对象的软件设计,运用先进的PID控制算法,实现了对蒸汽裂解试验装置的温度、压力和流量等测控点的采集与控制。该试验装置控制精度高,性能稳定,抗干扰能力强,数据后期处理规范完整,是1套比较先进的自动化控制系统。 Steam cracking experiment unit was a higher degree automated simulation crack-ing evaluation unit, its course control development based on computer as upper monitor, adopt-ed object-oriented software design and advanced PID control calculation, which realized col-lection and control of the monitor points including temperature, pressure and flow. The course control system of the unit had following advantages, such as high control precision, stable per-formances, good capacity of resisting disturbance, whole and regulatory later stage data process- ing, which was a more advanced automated control system.
