摘要
参照有关国家标准利用表面温度法对烯烃厂乙烯装置高温热力蒸汽管道的保温效果进行了分析评价。结果表明,原年久失修的保温材料利用新型FBT(稀土)复合保温涂料改造后,管道外表温度明显下降,节能效果明显,投资回收周期短。
The paper adopted superficial temperature method referring to related national standard, analyzed and evaluated the thermal retardation effect of high temperature heat steam pipes in Qilu Ethylene Unit. The results showed that after the thermal retardation material out of repair for years was replaced by new type rare earth combination material, the outside surface temperature of the pipes was decreased obviously, the energy saving effect was obvious, and in-vestment return period was short.
