主动遥测大气成分红外探测器非线性校正方法 被引量:1

摘要 遥测傅里叶光谱仪对光谱响应的非线性给还原光谱和通过光谱分析大气成分带来了较大的误差。为消除这种误差测得FTIR在大气透过窗口(3—5μm,8—14μm)对600℃-700℃温度下标准黑体辐射的响应,求出仪器的光谱响应函数,利用响应函数对主动遥测黑体辐射光谱进行非线性校正,将结果与理论谱进行比较表明该理论的正确性,并对实测含有CO的气体进行校正,浓度反演结果表明该方法可在ppb量级上提高气体浓度检测精度。 In the field of FTIR sensing, the errors of retrieve of spectrum and atmosphere components analysis have been caused due to the nonlinear response associated with infrared detectors. For eliminating the effect of these errors, the response of the detector was measured at temperature from 600℃ to 700 ℃ of blackbody in the atmospheric window (3 - 5 μm,8 - 14 μm), and the response function of instrument has been calculated. This theory has been proved by comparing the nonlinear corrected passive remote spectrum with the standard spectrum. Results of calculation of transmission spectrum of CO prove that the method can eliminates the errors of concentration measured.
