摘要
目的 通过蕲蛇酶对 80例高粘血症患者的治疗 ,研究其对纤维蛋白原的影响 ,试图寻找防栓抗栓的理想药物。方法 采用蕲蛇酶注射液 0 .75 u静脉滴注 ,每天 1次 ,连用 1 4天 ,观察治疗前后临床症状、甲襞微循环 ( NFM)、血液流变学及脂代谢的变化。结果 该药除具有缓解临床症状 ,改善 NFM,降低血粘度、红细胞压积、血小板吸附率及改变脂代谢紊乱等作用外 ,还能有效地降低血浆纤维蛋白原含量。结论 蕲蛇酶注射液对防治血栓形成具有重要意义。
Objective To study the effect of Agkistrodon acutus enzyme on fibrinogen contents in 80 patients with hyperviscosemia and to seek fofr a satisfactory agent in the prevention and treatment of thrombosis Methods Agkistrodon acutus enzyme was dripped in travenously once a day for 14 days Observe clinical Manifestations,nail fold microcirculation (NFM),indices of blood rheology and lipid metabolism before and after the treatment Results Agkistrodon acutus enzyme can effectively decrease the contents of plasma fibrinogen,in addition to the effects of relieving clinical symptoms,improviog NFM,decreasing blood viscosity,packed cell volume,platelet adhesion rate and correcting the abnomalities of lipid metabolism Conclusion Agkistrodon acutus enzyme has significant effects on the prevention and treatment of thrombosis
