摘要
分析了当前高校实验室开放体系建设工作中面临的主要问题,根据PDCA循环理论的含义、特点及应用领域,将PDCA循环理论的应用范围延伸到实验室开放体系建设工作中,现以实验室开放体系架构为案例,详细论述了PDCA循环理论在实验室开放体系建设工作中的具体应用及取得的成效。随着循环次数的不断增加,学校实验室开放体系架构和配套措施逐渐接近了"零缺陷"目标,充分发挥了实验室开放工作在创新型人才培养中的作用。
This paper analyzed in detail a few major problems in the construction of the current open laboratory system in universities,and extended the application of the PDCA cycle theory to the construction of the open laboratory system according to the implication,characteristics and application the PDCA cycle theory.Taking for an instance the architecture of the open laboratory in Shandong University,Weihai,it elaborated on the specific application and the effects of the PDCA cycle theory in the construction of open laboratory system in universities.The creative points of the paper are that with the increase of cycling times,the architecture of the open system and the complete set of measures of university laboratories have gradually been getting closer to the goal of ＂zero defect＂,and have given full play to the important role of the opening up of laboratories in cultivating innovative talents.
