手足口病儿童外周血白细胞、血糖、C-反应蛋白及降钙素原的临床分析 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨血液常规检查、血糖及C-反应蛋白、降钙素原在手足口病诊治中的作用。方法随机将普通病例(第1期)、重症病例神经系统受累期(第2期)和危重症病例中心肺功能衰竭前期(第3期)及心肺功能衰竭期(第4期)分别列为观察Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组,对其外周血白细胞、血糖、C-反应蛋白和降钙素原进行比较。结果重症、危重症组白细胞及血糖均较普通组明显升高,组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);而各组中C-反应蛋白、降钙素原均无明显差异,两两比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手足口病病情越严重,其外周白细胞、血糖越高;C-反应蛋白、降钙素原的高低与手足口病病情无关。
