摘要
铝合金模锻件被广泛应用于各个工业部门。锻模使用寿命对锻件生产的产量、质量和成本有直接的影响。在总结多年的实践经验基础上，对影响锻模使用寿命的诸因素进行了剖析，提出了提高锻模寿命的有效措施。
The aluminium alloy forgings were used for varieties of industrial departments. The life of forge die has direct effects on cost and quality and productivity of forgings. Based on practice experiences, some factors of affecting life of forge die were analysed. The methods of extending life of forge die were presented.
