摘要
目的:探究优质护理在手术室护理中的临床应用与应用效果。方法:将2010年5月到2012年7月期间于我院接受治疗的800例患者随机分为普通护理组和优质护理组,每组400例。并对两组患者手术前后的临床资料以及患者的满意度等方面进行回顾性分析。结果:在护理质量大于90分时,优质护理组的得分率为37.75%,显著高于普通护理组的得分率20.5%,结果具有统计学意义(P〈0.01);优质护理组患者护理满意度(61.5±2.7)分,显著高于普通护理组患者护理满意度(53.5±2.6),结果具有统计学意义(P〈0.01),优质护理组的护理效果优于普通护理组。结论:优质护理在手术室护理中的,临床应用有利于满足患者的整体需求,缓解患者的焦虑、恐惧情绪,帮助患者康复;同时,提高患者的满意度,减少医疗纠纷。
Objective: To probe the clinical application and its effect on high-quality care in oper- ating room. Methods: 800 patients treated in our hospital in period of May 2010 to Jul 2012 were randomly divided into usual care group and high-quality care group that both included 400 cases. Then retrospective analyzed the clinical information of before and after the surgery and patients' satisfaction. Results: In the quality of care was more than 90 points, the scoring rate of high-quality care group was 37.75%, which was significantly higher than 20.50% that in usual care group (P〈 0.01); the nursing satisfaction in high-quality care group was 61.5±2.7, which also significantly higher than 53.5±2.6 that in usual care group (P〈0.01),the effect of high-quality care grolap was bet- ter than the usual care group. Conclusion: The clinical application of high-quality care in operating room is conducive to meet the overall needs of patients, alleviates patients' anxiety or fear, helps the rehabilitation of patients; at the same time, it also can increase the satisfaction of patients and re- duce the medical disputes.
