摘要
通过对近年来中医治未病理论预防中风先兆的文献整理研究发现，中医治未病理论预防中风先兆的指导意义有“未病先防”与“既病防变”两个方面，其具体运用到治疗上也有辨证药物治疗、中成药治疗、针灸治疗等多种形式，并均有良好疗效。同时，在文献整理的基础上，文章进一步分析了当前中风先兆研究中存在的问题，提出应在试验研究的规模及设计、建立统一、规范、客观、具体的辨证量化标准、中医药治疗中风先兆的微观研究的方面进行改进。

Its specific application of treatment also had various forms, such as dialectical pharmacotherapy, chinese patent medicine treatment, acupuncture, etc, all of them have good effica- cy. At the same time, Based on tidying literature, this article further analysed the exist problems in the study of stroke aura, and put forward the improvement on dimension and design of the experi- mental investigation, establishing unified, standardized, objective and specific discriminate quantita- tive standard, micro-examination of treating stroke aura with TCM.
