摘要
通过CFD方法计算气体在三维齿顶间隙模型中的泄漏量,分析了气体在模型中的压力与速度分布,并研究了压差、密封齿的长度和高度对泄漏量的影响,并对现有的密封齿进行改进,仿真计算结果表明改进后的密封齿可以有效减少气体的泄漏量。
The computational fluid dynamics equations are applied to numerically calculate leakage in addendum clearance.The pressure nephogram and velocity vectorgraph of gas in model are analyzed, the relationship between leakage and pressure difference, seal teeth length and height has been analyzed, and the existing seal teeth structure has been improved.The simulation results show that the improved seal teeth can reduce leakage effectively.
