摘要
由于历来自然灾害较为严重,特别是随着近年工业化、城镇化进程的加快,人口增长、产业聚集、城市扩张给南昌市带来了不同程度的影响,突发公共事件频发,应急救援任务十分艰巨繁重。为了最大程度地减少突发公共事件及其造成的人员财产损失,维护市民安全和社会稳定,南昌市正逐步加快并完善应急救援队伍的建设工作。文章从南昌市应急救援队伍建设的现状出发,结合实际,深入分析应急救援队伍建设存在的主要问题,提出了加快推进综合性应急救援队伍建设的对策。
Besides serious natural disasters, Nanchang has met up with the problems of, with the speedy process of indus- trialization and urbanization,popttlation growth,industrial agglomeration,and city expansion,such as frequent sudden public incidents, and arduous emergency rescue tasks. In order to minimize the loss of personnel and property, to guard the public security and social stability, Nanchang has decided to speed the improvement of emergency rescue team. This paper,from the view of reality, gives some suggestions on the construction of emergency rescue team.
