摘要
随着我国改革开放和社会转型的不断推进,社区的功能和作用越来越重要,承担着越来越多的社会事务。社区的管理和建设离不开政府组织和非政府组织的关注和管理,更离不开社区居民的热情参与。但现实是,我国社区居民参与社区管理的热情、深度和广度等都还存在很大的问题。造成这些问题的原因是多方面的,引入公共选择理论的视角去分析,从"经济人"的人性假设出发去研究,相信能够得到很多启发性的结论,为推动问题的解决和社区的管理和建设奠定一定的理论基础,提供理论支撑。
With the advancement of our country＇ s reform and opening up and of social transformation,the functions of the community has become more and more important and is taking on more and more social affairs. The management and con- struction of the community must go under the focus and management of government organizations and non - government or- ganizations as well as the community residents＇ enthusiasm in participation. However,thei＇e exist residents＇ participating en- thusiasm, depth and breadth in community management. Analyzed from the perspective of public choice theory, and studied from the view of the assumption of economic man, it is believed to be able to get lots of enlightening conclusions and to prob- lems solutions and the management and construction of the community.
