摘要
对不同批次的无氧铜杆进行了氢脆试验分析,比较了试验后的反复弯曲断裂次数、断面的形貌特征、金相组织的结构特点以及维氏硬度的变化。在实际生产中氢脆试验可以简单间接判断无氧铜杆中氧含量是否超标,对实际生产有一定的指导和帮助。
The different batches of oxygen-free copper rod for the hydrogen embrittlement test analysis,the test after repeated bending fracture section numbers,morphology,metallographic structure and hardness of Vivtorinox are compared.The hydrogen embrittlement test can indirectly determine whether the content of oxygen free copper rod to exceed the standard in the actual production.It will be guidanceful and helpful for the actual production.
