摘要
简述了以大同烟煤为主要原料,配以一定比例的无烟煤,制备烟气脱硫专用活性焦的生产工艺、炭化条件,活化条件和试验过程。研究结果表明:烟气脱硫专用活性焦的SO2饱和容量为14.1%,耐压强度为660 N,碘吸附值为550 mg/g,填装密度为606 mg/g,各项指标优于目前的商用活性焦。
Author has introduced the production process, carbonizing condition, activating condition and test process, taking Datong bituminous coal as main raw material with a definite ratio of anthracite to prepare active coke special for desulfurization of flue gas. Research result indicates that SO2 satu- ration content contained in active coke special for desulfurization of flue gas is occupied by 14.1%, its pressure resistant strength is 660N, adsorbed value of iodine is 550mg/g, filling density is 660mg/g, every index is better than that of commercially active coke at present.
