摘要
研究了纯铁和310不锈钢于ZnCl_2KCl-KCl盐膜下在450℃纯氧气氛中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,两种材料都发生了加 速腐蚀,生成了与基体黏附性很差的氧化膜,并且在外氧化膜/基体界面出现了金属氯化物.此外与纯铁相比,310不锈钢腐蚀 后的产物层更易于脱落.讨论了材料发生加速腐蚀的机制.
The corrosion behaviors of pure iron and 310SS were examined in presence of ZnCl_2-KCl salt film in flowing pure O_2. Both of the two materials suffered accelerated corrosion by forming thick oxide scales with bad adherence to the matrix, and chlorine-containing compounds were also present between the scale and matrix interface. However, the higher chromium content in 310SS did not improve the corrosion resistance, as shown by severer spalling of the scale. The mechanism for the corrosion accelerated by molten chlorides is examined.
