摘要
国家发改委《中原经济区规划(2012—2020)》提出,郑州市应强化科技创新和文化引领,促进高端要素集聚,完善综合服务功能,增强辐射带动中原经济区和服务中西部发展的能力,提升区域性中心城市地位。通过构建城市综合竞争力评价指标体系,以中原经济区30个城市为研究对象,运用主成分分析法对城市综合竞争力进行评价研究,提出提高城市基础设施建设水平、城市产业集群发展水平、城市可持续发展能力、城市科教文化软实力的对策建议。
Zhengzhou is required to strengthen the scientific and technological innovation and cultural guide,to promote high end elements concentration,to improve the comprehensive service function,to enhance radiation driving the central plains economic zone and the service ability of Midwest development,to enhance the status of regional central cites in＂Central Plains Economic Area Planning（2012-2020） ＂of the national development and reform commission.By constructing the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of the cities,30 cities of Central Plains Economic Area as the research objects,using the method of principal component analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of the cities,put forward countermeasures to improve the city infrastructure construction level,city level of industrial cluster development,city sustainable development ability,soft power of city science,education and cultural.
