摘要
目的了解北京市西城区40岁及以上居民代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)的流行特征。方法抽取"2010年中国居民营养与健康状况监测"项目中40岁及以上人群,描述分析人群MS的流行特征,并以是否腹部肥胖进行分层分析。结果共调查421人,其中男性158人,女性263人,平均年龄(62.1±9.3)岁。MS的患病人数为113人,患病率为26.8%,其中男性患病率为27.8%,女性患病率为26.2%,男女之间患病率差异无统计学意义(2=0.13,P=0.718)。以个体为单位了解MS各组分的聚集情况,发现无、具有1项、2项、3项、4项组分的人群占比分别为17.1%、25.4%、30.6%、22.6%和4.3%。将符合诊断标准的MS人群按照不同的组合分组,发现超重/肥胖+高血糖+血脂紊乱组合患病率最高,为13.1%。按腰围标准界定肥胖,肥胖人群的总体患病率为35.8%(103/288),高于不肥胖人群7.5%(10/133)的患病率(2=36.96,P<0.001),分性别分析仍然得到相同结果。结论北京市西城区40岁及以上居民MS的患病形势较为严峻,需引起高度重视,应积极预防MS的发生,以减少心脑血管疾病的发生。
Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of metabolic syndrome (MS) among residents who are 40 years old and above in Xicheng District, Beijing. Methods Participants in project "2010 China National Nu- trition and Health Status Monitoring" were included in this study and characteristics of MS were described, stratified by ab- dominal obesity. Results A total of 421 people were investigated, including 158 males and 263 females. The mean age was 62. 1 +9. 3. The number of MS patients was 113, with the total prevalence of 26. 8%. MS prevalence among male was 27.8% and 26.2% among female. No significant difference was observed (Z2 = 0. 13, P = 0. 718). For aggregation of MS components, the percentage of participants with 0,1,2,3 and 4 components were 17. 1%, 25.4%, 30. 6%, 22. 6% and 4. 3%, respectively MS subjects were grouped into different combinations and found that the highest combined pattern was overweight/obesity plus hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia, whose prevalence was 13.1%. MS prevalence among abdom- inal obesity was 35.8% ( 103/288), which was significantly higher than those without obesity (7.5%, 10/133) ( %2 = 36. 96, P 〈 0. 001 ), which could get the same results while stratified analysis by gender. Conclusions The situation of MS prevalence is serious among residems who are 40 years old and above in Xicheng District, Beijing. More attention should be paid to actively prevent MS from occurrence.
