摘要
从原材料、机加工和热处理 3方面分析了拖拉机轴类零件在精加工时的断裂失效原因。结果表明 ,断裂是由原材料、机加工和热处理 3方面存在的问题叠加在一起造成。原材料 45钢含碳量处于上限 ,存在较多粗大夹杂物 ;磨钝的中心孔钻头导致顶针孔内壁损伤和很高的残余内应力 ;按含碳量下限制定的淬火加热规范导致含碳量处于上限的 45钢发生淬火加热过热。由此给出了解决措施。
Analysis on the fracture of tractor axles is given from the points of materials,machining and heat treatments.The results show that the fracture failure results from the superimposed problems in the materials,machining and heat treatments for those axles.The carbon content in the 45 carbon steel is in upper limit.And there exist a lot of coarse inclusions.The blunt-edged starting drill causes deterioration and high residual internal stress in the internal wall of the center hole.The heating temperature for the quenching according to the steel′s lower limit of carbon content leads over-heating of the steel with upper limit of carbon content.Ways for avoiding the fracture are proposed.
