摘要
用光弹性模拟技术对预应力锻模进行了应力分析 ,提出了通过建立过盈量———最大剪应力曲线选取最佳过盈量的方法 ,并据此找出了最佳过盈量 。
Stress distribution of prestressed forging die is studied by photoelasticity simulation in this paper. A method is put forword to select the best interference value through the interference-maximum shearing stress curve. According to the method, the best interference is obtained and carck damage is avoided effectively.
