摘要
分析了芦岭煤矿洗煤厂浮选精煤脱水存在的问题,介绍了用卧式沉降离心脱水机对浮选精煤直接脱水,溢流和滤液脱泥后再浮或直接再浮,精矿采用快开压滤机脱水的二段脱水工艺,该工艺较好地消除了精矿泡沫对生产的影响,解决了芦岭矿洗煤厂浮选精矿脱水的难题。
Analyzed the problem in flotation clean coal dewatering system in Luling coal preparation plant, introduced the two stage dewatering process that is the flotation directed dewatering with horizontal solid bowl centrifuge, the overflow and filtrate desliming and then go to secondary flotation or direct flota- tion, the clean coal produced dewatered by secondary dewatering process using quick open filter press, which eliminated the effect of concentrate froth on production, solved the problem of difficult to dewate- ring of flotation clean coal in Luling coal preparation plant.
