块煤防破碎伸缩溜槽在大隆矿选煤厂的设计与应用 被引量:3

摘要 分析了大隆矿选煤厂洗中块限下率高的原因,阐述了块煤防破碎伸缩溜槽系统组成及工作方式,并介绍了其在大隆矿选煤厂洗中块注仓中的应用效果。生产实践表明,该系统有效地解决了注仓过程中洗中块破碎问题,使洗中块装车限下率由原来的15.2%下降为10.3%,降低了4.9个百分点,并实现了洗中块注仓的自动控制,不仅减轻了工人的劳动强度,且降低了噪声和粉尘的污染。 Analyzed the reason of high broken rate of washed lump coal in Dalong coal preparation plant, described the application effect of the extendible chute that prevent lump coal from broken in the process of coal binning. Production result show that the chute effectively resolved the problem of lump coal bro-ken during operation of binning, the undersize fraction reduced from 15.2% to 10.3, decreased by g. 9% , also realized automatic control of binning, which reduced the labor intensity of workers and lower the noise and dust pollution.
