摘要
针对宁夏银星煤矿所用ZY7600/20/43D型液压支架护帮装置结构件经常出现损坏的情况,从护帮结构、焊缝型式及焊接效果入手,建立了护帮及连杆三维模型,引用ANSYS软件进行了应力分析,找出受应力最大位置,得出护帮结构损坏原因。
In order to solve the problem that structural parts of coal-wall supporting plate of ZY7600/23/45 D frequently damaged, coal- wall supporting plate and four-bar linkage model were set up. Applying ANSYS finite element software, stress analysis was made. Stress distribution result showed maximum stress location and failure cause of coal-wall supporting structure was obtained.
