费托合成水相副产物中具有共沸组成的低碳混合醇-水体系分离方法的研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 随着中国煤液化制合成油工艺技术的开发和工业化,其水相副产物的分离成为目前亟待解决的问题。介绍了费托合成水相副产物中低碳醇与水以及醇与醇之间分离的几种工艺,包括传统的分离工艺共沸精馏和萃取精馏,以及膜分离中的膜蒸馏、渗透蒸发、蒸汽渗透等新技术,重点讨论了具有共沸组成的醇-水体系的分离方法,分析评述了传统工艺与新技术目前各自存在的问题。 With the consideration of economy and requirement of environmental protection, the outgrowths in water of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis to be a burning problem to be solved for the present with the development and industrialization of liquefied coal to synthesis-oil. Several separation technologies for lower alcohols-water system were introduced, including not only traditional azeotropic distillation and extractive distillation, but also new membrane separation techniques, such as membrane distillation, pervaporation, vapour permeation, etc. Based on the reported studies, the existing problems in traditional and new technologies were put forward, meanwhile, the future researches were discussed.
