摘要
利用机床动力学原理对机床的动态特性进行了分析。在机床主振系的主要组件上设置电流变液(ERF)阻尼器,利用ERF的快速、可逆固液化和易控的特点,并采用振幅实时控制,可大大提高机床的抗振性能。
Taking NC machine tool as an example,its dynamic characteristics are analyzed on the dynamic principles of machine tool in this paper.It is found that the main oseillating system of NC machine tool relates to the driving shaft assembly.If an ERF samper is installed on the driving shaft and the amplitude of the driving shaft is controlled in process, the chatter resistance of NC machine tool can be improved.
