摘要
介绍了水压传动的发展历程,分析了现代水压传动重新崛起并得以迅速发展的主要原因。结合水的理化特性,重点阐述了水压传动面临的严重腐蚀、泄漏、摩擦磨损、气蚀、水击和污染等技术难题,指出材料、设计和加工制造将是水压传动赖以发展的三大关键基础技术。
In this paper,the developmental courses and reasons of raw water hydraulics are presented.following the physicochemical properties of raw water,the serious corrosion, high leakage,high friction and wear,cavitation,water hammer and heavy contamination on the raw water components and systems are analyzed in detail.and than the authors point out that materials, design, manufacturing or nacgububg will be the he key technologies for the development of raw water hydraulics.
