摘要
介绍了一种新型全自动二维测量系统的工作原理 ,通过理论分析和测试数据的系统辩识 ,分析了测量系统的动、静态性能及影响测量结果的误差因素。该测量系统结构简单紧凑 ,动态响应快 ,可广泛应用于测控一体化领域。
The principle of a new type 2D automatic measuring system is described,and dynamic static characteristics of the system and error factors influencing on the measuring result are analyzed by theoretic analysis and system identification.This system which is characteristic of brief mechanism and quick dynamic response can be widely used in the field of observer and control integration.
