摘要 全身炎症反应综合征（Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome,SIRS）是指因感染或非感染性因素（创伤、大手术、心肺复苏等）的打击所致的机体高代谢（高耗氧量、氧耗与氧供出现病理性依赖、高血糖、蛋白质分解代谢增加,出现负氮平衡及高乳酸血症）、高动力循环（高心排出量、低外周阻力）及过度的免疫反应。是多种细胞因子及炎症介质失控性释放的一种状态。
