摘要
目的:探讨经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石术(MPCNL)后并发症及防治措施。方法:回顾分析328例行MPCNL患者术后出现并发症的34例临床资料,总结出现并发症及相应的防治对策。结果:主要并发症包括出血3例,感染5例,肾盂输尿管穿孔5例,胸膜穿孔导致液气胸者2例,结石残留4例,腹腔积液2例,低钠血症3例。所有患者经过积极治疗后均治愈,无死亡病例。结论:经皮肾镜钬激光碎石取石存在不同程度的并发症,了解MPCNL并发症的临床特点,有助于对MPCNL术后患者进行有针对性的防治。
Objective：To study the percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy（MPCNL）of postoperative complications and preventive measures. Method：The clinical data of 34 cases of complications of 328 cases of MPCNL were analyzed after operation,summarize the complications and preventive measures. Result：The main complications included hemorrhage in 3 cases,infection in 5 cases,5 cases of renal pelvic and ureteral perforation,2 cases of pleural perforation occurred hydropneumothorax,4 cases of residual stones,2 cases of ascites,3 cases with hyponatremia. All patients after active treatment were cured,no death case. Conclusion：Percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy remove the different degree of complication,understand the clinical characteristics of MPCNL complications,help for targeted prevention and control of MPCNL postoperative patients.
