摘要
目的:探究超声造影对于肝脏良恶性肿瘤诊断鉴别的价值。方法:88例肝脏良恶性肿瘤患者(130个病灶),其中良性35例,恶性53例。采用GE-LOGIQ9彩色多普勒诊断仪,采用声诺维进行超声造影的成像,及时记录肝实质和病灶的充填过程、充盈的方式和增强强度。结果:肝良性病灶:51.7%的病例早期动脉相出现了造影增强图像,96.7%的病例延迟相呈现等增强和高增强,2例血管瘤呈现低增强。结论:超声造影能够反映不同肝脏病变血流灌注的特征,在诊断肝脏良恶性肿瘤中有着重要价值。
Objective:To explore the ultrasound contrast diagnostic and distinguishing values for the benign and malignant tumors.Method:88 cases of patients with liver benign and malignant tumors(130 lesions)were selected,in which 35 cases were benign,and 53 cases were malignant.The sonovue of GE-LOGIQ9 color Doppler was used to conduct ultrasound contrast imaging,and the liver parenchyma and lesions of the filling process,the filling and enhanced strength were recorded in time.Result:Benign liver lesions:there was 51.7% of early arterial phase occurred contrast-enhanced images,and 96.7% of the delayed phase presented enhanced and high-enhanced,2 cases presented low-enhanced.Conclusion:The real-time ultrasound imaging can reflect the characteristics of the different liver lesions perfusion,is helpful to the diagnostic and distinguishing of benign and malignant tumors.
