摘要
目的:了解CT结合X光片对颈椎病进行诊断的效果。方法:将2011年3月-2012年9月的颈肩不适、恶心呕吐、头昏的患者129例,分成甲组、乙组、丙组,每组各43例。甲组使用X光检查;乙组使用CT检查;丙组使用两种方式结合进行检查,比较三组的检查情况。结果:甲组对椎体骨赘、钩椎关节异常、椎间孔异常、项韧带钙化的检出率分别为4.65%、2.33%、9.3%、2.33%。乙组的检出率分别为6.98%、6.98%、4.65%、4.65%。丙组分别为20.93%、18.6%、23.26%、16.28%。结论:CT结合X光对颈椎病的诊断价值优于单纯使用CT或X光,尤适用于颈椎病变情况较复杂的患者。
Objective：To understand the effect of diagnosis CT combined with X-rays of the cervical spondylosis.Method：129 cases of patients with neck and shoulder discomfort,nausea,vomiting,dizziness were divided into Group A,Group B,Group C from March 2011 to September 2012, 43 cases in each group.Group A used the X-rays examination;Group B with CT examination;Group C with two ways to combine checks.The examination of the three groups were compared.Result：The vertebral osteophyte Luschka joint abnormalities,abnormal foraminal ligament calcification detection rates of group A were 4.65%,2.33%,9.3% and 2.33% respectively.The detection rates of group B were 6.98%,6.98%,4.65% and 4.65% respectively. The detection rates of group C were 20.93%,18.6%,23.26%,and 16.28% respectively.Conclusion：CT combined X-ray better than the simple use of CT or X-ray diagnostic value of cervical spondylosis,especially suitable for complex cervical lesions patients.
