摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对高校体育教师家庭和非体育教师家庭的体育活动情况进行了对比分析,结果显示,两类家庭在运动方式、时间、场所及强度等方面存在着差异。就此问题进行了分析与讨论,在此基础上提出了两类家庭的体育健身活动策略。
This article applied the method of literature, questionnaire, making conversation and data statistics in writing deeply investigated actuality of college PE teacher and Non PE teacher＇s sports activities. The result shows that there are differences in the Movement pattern,Exercises time,Sports facilities and Exercise intensity in the two types of family. This article on the issue in- depth analysis and discussion. On this basis, two types of family sports and fitness activities to promote strategies.
